Visiting The Show

The Property Investor & Homebuyer Show is the premier exhibition for anyone looking to make money from property – in the short or long term. Better still, both the show and seminar programme sessions are free to enter.

It is the ideal place for networking, obtaining reliable and up to date property market information and, of course, property to buy. It is designed to cater for all levels of property experience – so whether you are a property novice or a seasoned investor you will find the answer to your questions.

To get an idea of how the show looks ... take a few minutes to watch  the video filmed at our most recent exhibition.

In this short clip Liz - a typical show visitor – gives her reasons for attending the event... and thoughts.

With 130+ exhibitors expected and 70+ seminars, presentations and panel debates scheduled, you can identify the expertise and advice you need to make the right decisions on your specific area of investment interest.

UK property (e.g. Buy to Let, Student Accommodation, Hotel Rooms) - plus property-related and financial services make up more than half of the show content.

In addition, approximately 40% of the floor space will be dedicated to International property - and provide the opportunity to compare established overseas markets such as USA, Spain, Portugal & Cyprus with emerging/newer locations e.g. South East Asia, India and West Africa. International agents and developers will be present alongside specialists who can advise you on the process of buying, selling, and even moving overseas.

Many of the exhibiting companies make a big effort to make a broad range of exclusive offers available both pre-show and at the event itself. To be sure you are kept informed of these simply register to attend the event.

The show opens at 10.00 am on both days. It closes at 6.00pm on Friday and 5.00pm on Saturday.

ExCeL London is easy to reach by both rail and car. For those travelling by train the DLR stops at both entrances, while drivers will find plenty of parking spaces.
